WARRANTY STATEMENT

All items are guaranteed against original defect for the life of the piece prior to filling with cremated remains. Original defects should be reported prior to filling chambers. Warranty does not apply to pieces already filled and does not cover damage associated with normal wear and tear, accidental damage, modification, misuse or improper maintenance. Failure to fill or service this product utilizing a qualified funeral professional will result in all guarantees being void. The manufacturer will help repair items that are not of an original defect at a very reasonable rate. Shipping items for repair will be at customer’s cost and at customer’s own risk.
